Glastonbury Festival

Pilton, Somerset, England holds the first Glastonbury Fair featuring a "pyramid stage". Acts included David Bowie, Traffic, Melanie, Hawkwind and others. Held sporadically in the ’70s the festival eventually becomes an annual event that continues today.
